Reservations Policy:

• The total amount of the reservation upon booking is payable.
• Once is paid off in full, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with additional information (e.g. pick up time, etc.) with an access to your tour voucher which you need to show to your tour guide upon boarding on the day of your tour.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Cancellations Request will be only by e-mail to caribbeandreamtravelmx@gmail.com or by phone +52 984 233 59 68 as MANDATORY.
• Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) before your service = 100% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hrs before your service = no refund
• No show = no refund​
• In case of Tropical storm or Hurricane, you can only change your tour dates, or change for another tour, the payments in this case and period of time are not refundable.
